Brand Strategist (Contract)

Six-month contract with a leading independent Auckland agency. Brought in to lead brand strategy on a significant rebrand for a beloved New Zealand institution.

The brief

• Lead discovery — stakeholder interviews, category audit, consumer research
• Develop brand positioning, architecture and personality
• Partner with the Creative Director through identity and launch platform
• Present at three key client milestones, including an all-staff reveal

Who fits

• Senior brand strategist with at least one significant rebrand under your belt
• Comfortable presenting to Boards and executive teams
• Available for a mix of on-site (2 days/week) and remote work

Day rate negotiable. Possibility of extension or perm conversion.
