Creative Director

A boutique Wellington agency with an enviable client list is searching for a Creative Director to take the reins of the creative department. You will shape the creative vision, mentor a team of eight, and front the work in client pitches.

The opportunity

• Set the creative standard across brand, campaign and content work
• Lead pitches alongside the Managing Director and Head of Strategy
• Mentor ADs and copywriters, and hire to fill a senior AD gap
• Champion craft — typography, art direction, and idea-led thinking

What we are looking for

• A portfolio that demonstrates range — brand, campaign, digital and experiential
• Previous CD or ECD experience in a New Zealand or Australian agency
• A genuine coach who gets the best from a mixed-seniority team
