Head of Content

A high-profile Wellington organisation is looking for a Head of Content to lead narrative strategy across their owned channels. This is a newly created role and sits on the Marketing leadership team.

You will

• Set content pillars, cadence and measurement
• Lead a team of four writers, a producer, and manage freelance relationships
• Partner with the Comms and Policy teams on reputation-led storytelling
• Commission long-form editorial, video, and podcast projects

You bring

• A track record building content brands, ideally publisher-side or in-house at scale
• Strong editorial judgement and a considered point of view on SEO and distribution
• People-leadership experience across a mixed team
