Senior UX Designer

Join a growing digital product team inside a well-funded New Zealand fintech. You will sit at the heart of product alongside engineering and product management, shaping how our members manage their money.

Your remit

• Lead discovery and design for two product squads
• Run user interviews, usability testing and journey mapping
• Contribute to, and help evolve, the internal design system
• Coach a mid-weight designer and review their work

Must haves

• 5+ years designing complex digital products, ideally in financial or regulated sectors
• Confident facilitating cross-functional design workshops
• Figma, a strong portfolio, and evidence of outcomes (not just outputs)
